MEET OUR TEAM
Kaitlyn Gardner LPC, PMH-C
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International, and currently serve as Advocacy Lead for the Arkansas Postpartum Support International Board.
I believe in meeting clients where they are and assisting in creating their specific therapeutic journey. I am passionate about providing birthing individuals support through infant loss and complications during pregnancy while working to increase awareness and reduce stigma.
I am honored to have the opportunity to work with and assist others during some of their most vulnerable moments. I know from personal experience that reaching out for help can be tough and confusing. I strive to create a non-judgmental and compassionate space for you to feel empowered to freely express your thoughts, successes, pain, grief, or insecurities in order to begin healing.
Kristan Williams LPC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and have spent the past 11 years providing mental health services in various clinical settings such as therapeutic day treatment, inpatient hospitals, and outpatient services.
I’ve completed the Postpartum Support International training in perinatal mental health, and currently serve as the Treasurer for the Arkansas Postpartum Support International Board. I am passionate about assisting birthing individuals throughout the perinatal period.
Life can be challenging, and the perinatal period is no exception. These challenging moments may bring feelings of confusion, hurt, depression, anxiety, and shame. One of the most difficult steps to take is reaching out and seeking help. I feel privileged each time an individual is willing to share their story with me, and genuinely believe that everyone has the ability to achieve healing despite their life experiences.
