Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period can be challenging, confusing, and just hard. Our team consists of trained perinatal and licensed professional counselors, but also mothers who have experienced their own struggles during these times. We won’t always get it, but we strive to create a realistic and inviting approach for support and therapy.
